Safety Precaution

• The journey from Phuket’s main tourist areas to our rafting camp takes approximately 2 hours or more, depending on traffic conditions.
• Pregnant travelers are kindly advised not to participate in this tour for safety reasons.
• Guests with neck, or spinal conditions, and those with heart problems or serious medical issues, are not permitted to join the tour.
• Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to participate in the program.
• We are unable to accommodate intoxicated or inebriated guests on this activity.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept senior travelers over the age of 60 or wheelchair users due to the physical nature of the tour.
• Guests with food allergies are kindly requested to inform us in advance, so we can make appropriate arrangements.
• The rafting program requires a minimum of two participants to operate.
• For ATV riding, children are not permitted to ride solo but may join as a passenger with a parent or guardian.
